Real
This is a live performance where all of the sounds are being played live and sound realistic.
Hyperreal:
It seems real but he is actually lip-synching to the studio recording, which makes it sound better and feel real.
Surreal:
A surreal recording is one that could not have been recorded using live instruments. You can usually tell when the sounds are mostly just electronic and are manipulated. It would be completely different if it was done with real instruments
